POV Alejandro King We boarded the private jet and then as we sat down my phone rang. It was an unknown number and I declined it. Then my phone rang again and it was the same number so I answered it. My jaw dropped when I heard her voice. “ Katarina? Oh my God, Baby. Where are you?” I blurted. “ Alejandro. You have to help me. I-I thought she was who she said she was b-but she’s crazy. She wants our baby and she-she’s crazy, Alejandro.” She cried. I could hear the fear in her voice. Someone wants our baby and that someone talked my wife into leaving me. “ Who is it, Katarina? W-Who wants our baby?” I pleaded. I heard someone yelling in the background and then heard Katarina scream and then the line went dead. Quickly I redialed the phone number only to get the operator stating that the number I dialed was no longer in service. What the fuck? Someone had my wife and wanted our baby and my only lead just disconnected the phone. Fuck! Fuck,fuck,fuck! Disconnected. Just like that.

She ran to me and I held her tight. She looked up at me, her eyes swollen from lack of sleep. “ I-I’m so sor-ry Alejandro, I-I didn’t.”“ Shh, shh, baby. You have to move out of our way NOW!” I watched helpless as the EMTs lifted Katarina onto a gurney and began to wheel her away. They put an oxygen mask on her while another started CPR. “ We’re losing her," I heard one of the EMTs say as she continued to take her pulse. I watched helplessly as they lifted her up into the back of an ambulance. I jumped in the back and watched them wo
