"I... I... I actually..."

"Speak Up!"

I demanded as I noticed her stammering. She wasn't able to look at me or say anything. She looked... Scared.

"Speak up, Shona," I said in a tone little louder.

"Actually... I..." She was stammering yet again.

"Look at me," I demanded.

She looked at me and I immediately caught her eyes. I could see the fear in her eyes but not a slightest hint of guilt or remorse. This meant that whatever she said last night, she meant every word of it. I felt a bit humiliated.

"Leave it, you don't have to speak," I rolled my eyes.

She sighed and quickly moved away her eyes.

"You have rest. I'll ask the staff to send your food to your room. You just stay here," I spoke.

"So, now I'm not even allowed to go out of my room?" She retorted.

I was shocked. She looked at me, super pissed at the statement I just said.

"What?"

"Yeah! You're caging me in this room, right? Typical Avyaan Rathore behaviour," she scoffed.

I sighed. This girl has been misunderstanding me
