Nate's POV

The drive from my office to my friend's place took me a little over two hours as a result of traffic.

The journey was supposed to be a one-hour fifteen-minute journey on a good day.

I got to his building and I was searched by his security men before I could enter his house.

He has a very strict and thorough security system.

Reaching his house I was met by one of his men, he then told me that my friend was waiting for me at his study and he led the way while I followed him.

We went upstairs, then through another entrance by the hallway and he stopped in front of a door and he knocked on it.

I heard my friend from the other side of the room answering, he told us to come in which we did.

Hey! My friend, Mr Dan Felan, greeted him.

My man, Mr Nate Miles, he answered.

Calling out our full names was a way we greeted ourselves, it was like a sort of custom for us.
