While the couple was busy with calming their child, Clarise ordered some drinks for them, the one that is both good for children and pregnant women.

"Daddy's here, hmm? I will never leave you again, princess." Xavier said. The child was already sitting on the couch and he was kneeling to level on her height. He was holding her small, pretty face and was wiping the tears in her eyes.

Xaire hiccuped. "I-I thought you already left me…"

Xavier's gaze softened as he shook his head, a smile was on his lips. "That will never happen, princess. Daddy's already here and will always be by your side, hmm? Remember that."

Xaire nodded her head as her lips turned downwards when she pouted. Her nose was red from all the crying. Xavier smiled at how attentive his daughter is. She's still a child but he can already guess she would end up as kind as her mother but as smart as the Ivanov family. What a combination.

"Are you calmed down now, princess?" he asked.

"Y-Yes, daddy," Xaire said as she hiccuped.
