Okay, when Maisie agreed for Zach to follow her to work, she didn't know what would happen. In her defense, she never knew he would be telling her little snippets about people making her to almost laugh out loud and make others look at her as if she was crazy.
And she didn't know that he would be possessive too. Anytime Anthony came close to her, Zach went stiff and she knew that it was a matter of time before Zach would attack Anthony either in a fit of rage or just to make Anthony leave her alone. He was kind of suffocating her by always being in her space and treating her like an invalid.
And she knew that she wouldn't even bat an eyelash if Zach chose to step in. Still, Zach has been looking in over her shoulders since they got to her working place and she still didn't feel as if Zach was suffocating her.
