Chapter Twenty-Three
I walked out of school with a spring in my step, it was the first day of summer vacation and I couldn’t wait, my plans for the summer included training every day and improving my wolf’s combat skills.
“You look excited.” Beta Jacob smirked as I approached him, ever since we found out the attack wasn’t random, Alpha Devin insisted he walks me home from school and much to my surprise, I found myself enjoying his company.
“It’s the last day of school, what’s there not to be excited about?” I chirped, falling into step with him.
