The Figure

The hooded figure jumped into action. He shot waves of blue light with both hands, quickly creating two clones of himself.

Paulo surrounded himself with a protective aura as he saw the men moving towards him. They sent out to him, what looked like electrical shock waves. At this point he became convinced that it was a planned attack. They had been watching him for a long time and they had struck when they found him at his weakest.

He tried his best to block their attempts by sending out strong waves but their bodies seemed to absorb the waves without effect.

“What kind of magic do you practise tough guy,” one of them mocked.

“What are you after?” Paulo asked them.

“That will be you,” he whispered approaching closer.

“Why me?” he asked with confusion.

“This is for you to figure out,” he laughed.
