The Sorcery

The witch doctor decided to put her under a spell. It was a hard decision to make but the child had a tendency to summon fires and floods as soon as she was offended.

Today, when Samantha was brought into Dr Aegle’s office, she had asked the doctor to let her out and when she didn’t she proceeded to set her paperwork on fire. Some of her patients records now lay on the floor, burned down to ashes but luckily she had digital copies.

She gave Samantha a sweet potion. For now, she would see everyone as a friend, not an enemy. It was OK. It was safe. She was in the institution and she wasn’t going out anytime soon. Here she would just be dealing with friends anyway.

“You know what Samantha, I will let you keep the runes but you have to promise me; you won’t use them to make fire or flood,” Dr Aegle said.
