I turned around and saw one of the first poachers that we caught. I looked at the man like he had three heads, “I am not a tree hugger. I’m not an activist at all. Come to the presentation at eleven this morning. You will see just how lucky you got.” The man said, “I look forward to it.” 

We walked away and Aidinth said, “You do know how hard it was for me to stay out of that, don’t you?” I laughed, “I do know how hard that was for you, and I do appreciate you giving me the chance to handle it myself.” He held me close, “You are my world. I will do everything in my power to keep you happy.” I snuggled closer to him as we walked, “I know. That’s why I love you so much.”
