Unitended consequences!

After a few minutes, she turned and walked back over towards the hall, but then stopped again, remembering what had happened before she walked into the kitchen.

She turned back to the bedroom and carefully moved the curtains back to the right position, taking care not to make too much noise.

Then she slipped quietly back out into the living room and started pacing back and forth anxiously, thinking about what to do next. After a few moments, she stopped pacing and went to sit down in the chair next to the beautiful garden scenery.

She tried her best to focus on the view before her, but she kept noticing little details that she had previously failed to notice during the previous days.

It had been a whole two months since Sergio had first moved in and had already made quite an impact on her life and the lives of her children.

Even though she knew that she and her husband weren't really in love anymore and that he was far happier now without her, she still couldn't help but feel sad
