You look like a goddess

When Ayla got back home, it was pretty late so she tried her best not to make a sound.

The next day, Mr Fredrick called Ayla so early in the morning to inform her that there was an impromptu audition for the next brand release.

Ayla was rushing for the audition on her bike when another bike came out of nowhere, making her lose her stand and fall to the ground with her bike.

Soon enough, people had gathered to see if she was okay but Ayla didn't wait for their sympathy as she left the bike and took the bus.

Ayla had injured her leg a bit so she was limping. Luckily, when she got there, the audition was still going on and soon enough, it was her turn.

As soon as she walked in, the judges all had disapproving gazes on their faces.

"What do you think you are doing? You can't even walk properly, is this a joke to you"?

One of the judges who was a man lashed out. Meanwhile, a woman who was also one of the judges just kept observing everything.

Ayla bowed a little before speaking.

"I apologize, I got into a bit of an accident on my way here. But, I assure you that I'll be better before practice begins".

She tried to convince them.

"Practice my foot, what makes you think you are even qualified to come for practice"?

The man from before asked again.

Using her hand to brush her hair backward, Ayla was trying to think of a way to convince them. Unknown to her, that simple action of hers seemed to have convinced them a little.

What they saw was a girl with full lips, white teeth, and waist-length black hair in a tight leather jacket with boots on.

The cloth she had on obviously did no justice to her beauty but her beauty was definitely not hidden at all. She was just standing there calmly with her long straight legs. Yet, it felt like she had total control over everything that was happening in the room.

Everyone was so focused on her, it seemed like they were all possessed.

That pair of mesmerizing eyes would make anyone lose their guard and fall into the depths of her beauty.

With a smile, the woman who had been observing for a while finally spoke.

"What is your name"?

She asked and Ayla immediately answered.

"Ayla... Ayla Will".

She said with a smile so radiant, it lit up the entire room.

"Miss Ayla"?

The woman called and Ayla placed all her attention on her.

"We can't take you as a model for the upcoming brand release".

The woman said and Ayla immediately felt heartbroken.

"But... I'd like to have you as the second female lead in my upcoming movie".

Ayla's eyes opened wide. She wasn't really vast in the entertainment world but there was absolutely no one who didn't know the goddess scriptwriter and producer, Faith Li.

She was half-American and half Asian. She was simply one of the best and to ever get a spot in any of her movies or series, one must not fall short either.

"Me"?

Ayla asked just to be sure and the woman simply smiled as she stood up.

"Go and get yourself treated, the script will be sent to you through your manager and you'll be informed when filming starts".

She said and without waiting for Ayla to say anything else, she walked out as though her mission was completed.

Ayla had her hand over her mouth as she bowed to the other judges and also walked out.

When she got out, Fredrick looked at her with an inquisitive face.

"I didn't get in".

She said and his excitement immediately dropped. But he didn't look down.

"Don't worry, another opportunity will come before you..."

"I got a movie role".

She said, completely rendering him speechless.

"What... What... What did you say"?

He asked and she spoke again.

"Faith Li... She offered me a role in her new movie as the second female lead".

Ayla said and Fredrick began jumping happily.

They went to a fast-food restaurant and got burgers to celebrate.

After a while, Fredrick brought out the contract and when Ayla had read through it, she signed it.

"I'm so happy for you Ayla, this is the beginning of wonderful things. Who would have thought, I chose you as a model but you are already about to make your big debut as an actress".

He said happily as he munched on his burger.

Fredrick was probably in his mid-thirties but he was pretty chubby so he looked like a cute child whenever he smiled.

When they were done, Ayla followed Fredrick to the company as the CEO asked to see her and she needed to get accustomed to the place.

"You are Miss Ayla Will".

The CEO said when all three of them were seated and she nodded.

"I trusted Fredrick and he didn't disappoint me at all".

The CEO said happily.

"This is your family now, if you ever need anything, let me know".

The CEO said to Ayla and she smiled as she spoke.

"I will, thank you".

The CEO looked at her in awe.

"Waw, you look exactly like a goddess".

After the meeting, Ayla went around the entertainment agency and when she was done, Fredrick drove her to the hospital.

She was so excited, she called Celine and her friend didn't know if she was to cry or rejoice.

"What hospital did they take you? I'm on my way".

Celine said as she picked up her bag and rushed out.

Meanwhile, a lady came over to Sasha and whispered something in her ear which made her smile.

"Excellent, make sure you pay him handsomely".

She said and the lady bowed as she walked out.

"Ayla, you really think you can become something special? And not just anything, a model? Haa!! You can only dream of it, it'll never happen".

While Sasha was speaking, her dad walked in and she went to hug him.

"Ohh my princess, why are you all alone here"?

He asked and Sasha immediately put on an innocent face.

"Daddy"?

She called and he looked at her waiting for her to ask for whatever she wanted.

"I want to become a model".
