Artemis' POV

"You are not in the place to fucking do whatever you want, Umbrielle! You are fucking here to do our bidding for you to get your kids, right? Why are you still acting like you have the upper hand?” she said with a smirk as she approached me but ended up shouting while crying because I shot Welsey one after another.

How come their staff is here already? Looks like she already called a lot of backup. It was full of noise outside. Probably some PSGs with us too. Gunshots are the first to be heard there.

"Why? Aren't I? Even if you swarm over me, I'll still be on top of you all," I said. In less than a few seconds, I was now in front of her with the gun still pointed at her head.

"You already did a lot of trouble. I would like to end you now," I said without thinking twice about firing the gun but someone was ahead of me. They shot my hand first, so right before I let go of the gun, I hit her in the arm.

"Fuck," I croaked when I felt the numbness in my hand. Before I could mo
