Artemis' POV

I woke up in a white room. I immediately got nervous before I looked around. I got up and the two who were sitting while talking in whispers were shocked by my sudden movement.

Their eyes widened when they saw me.

"Mommy!" they shouted loudly before attending to me and hugging me tightly. I feel the pain of the wounds now but I don't care about that. What is important is the hug of my kids. They couldn't hold back the sobs, so tears started to fall from my eyes. I couldn't even stop crying. I can't believe I put these young kids on something like that.

"Sorry, my Athena and my Hades... Mama was not able to protect you... Please forgive Mama..." I cried as they continued to shake their heads.

"You did your best to protect us, Mama..." they said while still trying to wipe the tears from my eyes. I cried even more when I saw the bruises on every part of their faces.

"Come here, Babies..." They came closer to me while I kissed every bruise on their face.

"I hope Mama's kiss
