Chapter 37- The Next Date
The next day, Jake took a day off so he could concentrate on finding a date. He thought about last night's date and decided it was just a bad day in the office, especially after he started chatting with Kate Chetty the previous night. Kate sounded different and exciting. And the best part, she was new to the site and hadn't met anyone yet.
Jake heard his phone beep again, he glanced at it. It was Kate, she had sent another message.
Kate: So, are you ready to meet me today?
Jake: can't wait, I hope I won't be dissapointed
Kate: impossible, you just wait to be blown away.
A few hours later, Jake was dressed up, abit more casual today. Because of last night's bad date, he had lost the spirit to be jolly.
