Chapter 38- The Model

Jake had no time to dodge, the wine splashed all over his face and he was immediately dripping wet. He stood there, speechless. He could feel the cold liquid drip down his abdomen.

With his vision blurry, Jake proceeded to wipe the alcohol from his face and watched Kate walk pass him while she scolded. 

 'Damnit!' Jake clenched his fist, 'another disastrous date. No more, I'm going home.'

Jake turned and left.

"He's gone, he's gone," a light chuckle came.

"We did it ladies, she even splashed him haha!" Mariot said.

"I can't believe it," Dohana said with a laugh, "now let's see how Jake will have the courage to keep going on dates."
