Caden looked at Aurora sleeping. Her swelling had gone down but it still looked bad. It would be funny if not for the fact that she got punched in her face. The lobby was filled with people rushing out the doors. The guards tried to calm people down and stop them from running but it was no use. He looked at her with these big eyes and pouty lips like was a puppy being abandoned. He had Aurora against his chest and since she was that close she could see all the bruises on his face. It had been three weeks since that incident and Aurora could say she was doing well. She got home safely and explained to them they Caden got her. She left out the part where she went to her apartment. After that, Aurora basically stayed in her room. She needed a break and was honestly contemplating going on a vacation.
