She bowed and started walking past him while grumbling, "Only heaven knows what crawled up his ass and died."

"You say what?!"He fired at her back and her eyes widened, halting on the spot as realization dawned on her that she had spoke that out loud.

Her palms clamped her mouth and before she knew it, she heard the sound of his footsteps as it vehemently began venturing towards her from behind her. It was as if death was on her trail and so not to get captured, she feigned unaware and began to take long strides up the hallway.

But then what if she succeeded and was able to not incur his wrath?
