Third POV.

They all stopped what they were doing and looked at Marcus waiting for him to say more about what he had just said but all they got was silence.

"What the heck? If you aren't going to speak then kindly just leave," Elana said as she gestured to him at the door, making Marcus roll his eyes.

"Okay, okay. Fine, I will talk," Marcus said as she raised his hands as a surrender.

Elana walked towards the door and shut it since it was open and what they would be talking next may be regarded as private that even the council wasn't qualified to hear it.

"Gosh. Marcus, I just hope that what you are saying is true, not just a method to get our attention and for us to allow you to stay in the room with us," Leila said with a serious face since she had doubts about what Marcus said.
