“What do you mean locked up, Aiden?” his father asked him since he was confused.

“What I mean is that Madeline is locked up in the dungeon and she will be punished according to the rules,” Aiden said calmly.

The more he said calmly, the more everyone present felt a cold chill running down their spine. Even though Mike had said what Simon's intentions were they all hoped that he had turned out to be wrong, but now? It seemed that his daughter had done something worse.
