Dark desires

Josh, the beta of the Silver Crescent pack, walked into the office of the Alpha.

"Alpha," he bowed in respect. Alpha Jasper, who had his revolving chair turned towards the window backing Josh, was down on paper work, but he knew who walked in.

"What do you have for me, Josh?"

"The construction site collapsed yesterday night." Alpha Jasper immediately stood to his feet with dark eyes and furrowed brows.

"Collapsed!" He asked in surprise; he had been on this project for over 6 months now. He wanted to see his pack progress forward, which made him institute a committee for the project, which involves the building of more schools, hospitals, and banks instead of people falling into trade by barter.
