CHAPTER EIGHT

         

           I stare at the linear chandelier in the hall of our bedroom. It looks like the crown of the king. 

      It's beautiful all white but not pure white and lavender blue walls, a luxury king size bed with an extra tall headboard, huge bedroom decor. Walls are shining like newborn glass. Grey wave type curtains and sheer ceiling type curtains are adding more charm. It feels like I've stepped into another world. 

       I don't wanna wrap my mind around it. I sigh heavily. I rub my fingers over my forehead as it begins to pound. 

       Clenching my phone, I push myself up and take the stairs. It'll chase me after my death too. Did I do the right thing?
