I looked around me not finding the right words to describe how I felt. The decorated area by the oak tree was beautiful and cozy, everything looked magical. I could tell how much time and effort they spent on decorating this place, they did it for me. Even the swing's ropes were wrapped with Christmas lights.
As I sat down on one of the cushions, my eyes took in the decoration of the table. The wildflowers and candles were a perfect touch, they were scattered randomly around the table in small glass bowls. Few floor lanterns were by the tree trunk.

Maya POVThe whole graduation party thing was a nice gesture toward Eliane, simple and touching at the same time. I knew she'd like it and appreciate this first experience. After all, it has always been just the two of us. What I didn't expect was Eliane's reaction toward them, she was opening up to them and letting her walls down little by little.
