CELESTIA’S FIRST PERSON POINT OF VIEW

My eyes flipped open with the rays of the sunlight penetrating through the soft linen curtain of the window. I squinted my eyes and turned to the other side of the bed as I stretched and yawned noisily. I sat up and saw that Grace was still sleeping peacefully. I got out of the bed and checked the time. It was still a little early as we were about an hour from the usual time my alarm clock woke up usually.

I went to the bathroom to brush my teeth and wash my face. By the time I got back to the room, Grace was also awake but laid there in bed.

“Hey, Good morning.” I greeted.

“Good morning. You are already awake. Girl, I am so tired. Every of my joints ache like crazy.” She lamented.

“Aw sorry about that, will you stay back at home then? There is not much to do after all. We will decide on what to do at the hospital then I will go to the company together with Smart to see how things are fairing. Just let me know where the reports you worked on are
