It didn’t take long for Reign and me to make it to the pack hospital. I had already called ahead to have Mari meet us. She was the first face I saw as I approached the hospital.
“Holy. GET ME A GURNY!” Mari yelled into the emergency department as she saw me carrying a very limp Athea. “Oh, sweet child. What the hell happened to her?” Mari asked as I laid Athea down on the bed that her staff had brought out as I had just hit the door.
