I was barely paying attention to what Fay was saying simply because I was lost in my thoughts, thinking about Damon who I haven’t seen in days after the night we kissed.

Was I avoiding him?

Was he avoiding me? Maybe.

Why do I think so?

Probably because I haven’t seen him and it’s unlike him to not be at the dining for breakfast or dinner and I wasn’t informed where he went to.

I know he doesn’t tell me any of those things and we don’t have a relationship where it has gotten to that but at least we talk.

I mentally scolded myself because I know we haven’t spoken about any of this and the only time we talk, we are fighting honestly, I am not happy I haven’t seen him and I don’t know where he is.

I’m not supposed to be bothered but I am and I’m angry about it.

“Are you listening to me?” Fay's voice snapped me back to reality.

I was a little startled. “What were you thinking? Where were you at mentally?” She questioned.

“Nothing,” I replied, almost breathy she doesn’t believe me
