The battle wasn't as bloody as it should if it was the werewolves who had fought the creatures cursed by the sun.

The traps set helped and conquering them was easy. It took the whole night for it to be accomplished because the creatures cursed by the sun can only walk at night as the sunlight was their enemy and would burn and turn them to ashes if caught.

Lilian fainted after she had done what she was to do and Damon was right by her side. He caught her and took her to the room, to make her rest.

He was expecting her to suddenly disappear but then he recalled her statement earlier that she might not leave as early as she thinks she might and he was glad that she get to be with him even though the clock has began to tick.

"The bodies are turning to ashes and disappearing," The Beta of Damon informed him.

"She did it. Just her. She did it as a werewolf although her powers as the moon spirit did come through," Lilian's father said.
