Emma's eyes widened when she noticed who Clyde was staring at. Jim Copley was walking out of his company, guarded by over eight bodyguards.

She froze. Jim was an old crime lord who had evaded the police department for years. Emma had found it hard to navigate his file due to the bulk of his crimes. But somehow, he managed to slip away from the authorities. He had strong connections which helped him to get away with whatever he did.
