Two Hundred and Twenty Two

The gurgling of running water in the pool makes the atmosphere not so tense. The gusts of wind between the trees were slowly rising. No one continued the conversation between the rest of us. I’ve been explaining what I’ve been thinking since this morning. My body became senseless without any calmness.

Uncle Brandy had already explained something a while ago. I didn’t take it seriously because my mind was filled with opinions. The chair creaked as Thod stood up to turn his gaze towards the other object.

“Why is there the same problem every day?” Thod murmured.

“I’m looking for the answer, too,” Terrence said.

“Do you think I like this thing? Breathing is very difficult, even if you hope that sleep will be calm after you experience this.” I stared at Thod’s back sharply.

“Calm down. You don’t have to feud to discuss this problem.” Uncle Brandy spoke up and tried to look calm.
