Her world was spinning, it felt like she was in a brink of passing out or getting more and more detached in her sober state.

The white walls were spinning between her eyes as she ran through the hallways, trying to keep in mind where the location of the emergency room was.

And somehow, it must be a crazy thing to say, but the white walls seemed to be taunting her. It wasn’t the exact hospital where she found her parents dead, but it was like it knew her history, it knew the demons that had been sleeping under her bed, it knew how she feared being in there.

She didn’t even notice that Raphael was running after her as well, and she didn’t even notice how the eyes of the people she passed to widen after recognizing her, because there was only one thing that was repeating inside her mind over and over again.
