Who Wins

Gean and Mike went out of the building together half an hour later, after they’d finished their discussion.

Killian was leaning against the car, smoking. He looked somehow troubled, and Mike wanted to take him in his arms.

Perhaps he had been worried about Gean’s decision, and it was ridiculous of Mike to think Killian might have been worried for him, but nevertheless
