Lillian's perspective.

Early the next morning, I was woken up by someone.

I opened my eyes in a daze, only to find that Hazel was standing in front of my bed with an anxious look on her face. I immediately sat up from the bed and asked while rubbing my eyes, "What's wrong? Did something happen? What are you doing here so early?"

"How are you still sleeping? Take a look at this!" Hazel handed me a newspaper in her hand.

I took it and stared with my eyes wide open. A picture of Kayden and I was printed in the newspaper. We looked very intimate.

I could tell that those pictures were taken at the art gallery the day before. The pictures were taken at an angle, making the two of us, who were originally not standing close to each other, look like we were having an intimate moment. They even referred to me as Ismail's new wife.

I was no longer tired after seeing those photos. I asked exasperatedly, "What the hell is going on?"
