Chapter Sixty Nine

They were seated around the coffee table such that Roth and Craig were sitting beside each other and Tristan was on the chair opposite to them. Roth filled Craig’s glass up with wine as they chatted away about their college and Tristan just silently watched them.

“Oh, you remember Mary-Ann? I heard she’s running this business online where she acts for people and plays whichever roles for them that they like.” Craig winked at Roth casually, dipping his chips in salsa.

“The brunette who kept trying to get in my pants?” Roth laughed, taking a sip of his wine.

Craig joined him in laughter, smacking Roth’s thighs playfully, that Roth did not seem to mind at all. In fact Roth rubbed Craig’s thighs in response too, that made Tristan raise an eyebrow at both of them. Tristan felt like an oddball, he was sure if he wasn’t there nobody would really miss him.
