Bringing her knees up to her chest, Thea pulled the blanket tighter around her shoulders as a cool breeze blew through the open patio doors. Sipping her glass of chateauneuf du pape, a small smile spread across her face as she looked up at her sisters, listening to their animated conversation.
“I can’t believe you killed the designer!” Penny threw a hand up in disbelief.
Aggie choked on her bourbon as a smile played around on her lips.
“He was the designers apprentice but, it’s not my fault! He said he was gay so, I assumed there wouldn’t be any danger in him fitting my dress.”
