I don't know how I feel
It was so sudden that it gave me a scare. I kept quiet for a while and try to listen in on my environment if I would hear them again but after waiting for some time and I heard nothing, I concluded that maybe I was the one hearing things.
"Good. Let those that are around gather at the assembly hall. I will join them in a while." After a while, I heard my mate's voice again.
I tried following the sound of his voice while calling out to him this time around but came to a stop when I once again heard the giggling of the pups which got me stopping in my track and tried to listen attentively to know where the voices are coming from.
"Hello!!! Who is there? Is anyone there?" I called out in the direction their sounds were coming from.
