Nadia's Pov

I opened my eyes gently, and closed it back immediately when my head felt heavy. I grunted as I tried to lift myself, my body felt heavy, and a pang of headache hit me, spreading excruciating pains inside me.

Feeling something in my left hand, I glanced at it, and noticed a white paper was tucked in it. I definitely wasn’t holding a paper when I walked into the restroom, so the stranger must have placed it in my hand.

I sat up and began to open the squeezed paper when the door to the restroom burst open revealing Nick and the guard with him. I squeezed it tightly and tried to get up.

“Ma’am, what happened? Did someone do this to you?” Nick asked, worriedly, with his eyes wandering around my body to check for anything wrong.
