Chapter 50 The awkward situation

The musicians stopped playing as Natasha’s voice rose higher than the melodious music of violins. They resumed playing again since they had been hired to do the job no matter what.

Sean was also startled. He set the knife and fork down and looked up at her. He intended to surprise her, not to shock her.

Natasha, on the other hand, felt something warm escaping her womanhood. She stiffened and clenched her thighs, heat crawling up her cheeks. She had been experiencing abdominal cramps since the morning and was expecting her period. But she came out in such a hurry that she forgot to take tampons with her.

The shocked expression soon turned into panic. Natasha picked up her purse and ran out.

"What!!!" Sean jumped to his feet. "Natasha…" He dashed after her. "Wait…"

Natasha didn’t stop to answer him. She ran straight to the restroom.

"What is happening?" Sean thought she was angry and was leaving. He became anxious, assuming something was not right with her.
