Alex promised not to be hard on Reese, but all he’s been doing to her since she resumed work is the opposite. He has been bombarding her with work, calling her to his office every little chance he gets, and staring at her lustfully like a male dog waiting to mate with his partner—a very disgusting look.

Right now, she was in his office, which was about the tenth trip she had made to his office.

"You called me, what do you need?" Reese asked when he kept staring at her without saying anything.

"Uhm..." he cleared his throat. "My dry cleaner just called and asked me to come for my laundry. I’d like you to help me get them."

A deep frown flashed across her face. "Excuse me?"

"What?" He asked, raising a brow.

"Listen carefully, Alex—"

"Mr. Anderson." He corrected. "I am your boss, so regard me with respect."

Ignoring what he said, she continued. "You have been overworking me since I resumed work this morning. But I’ll tell you this: I am not an errand girl!"
