2:33- The Summer Castle

We arrived at my parent's castle one week before the coronation was to take place. I was in awe of the gorgeous, towering, stone building as we circled around it, just above the mote that encircled it. The dragons had offered to fly us and the staff we would be bringing with us in, and flying through the air was unlike anything I'd ever experienced before. The earth fae had built us carriages to hold people and supplies in record time after the decision was made. It was a truly remarkable experience and if I didn't feel like a Queen before, I certainly felt like one now.

When we finally landed in the large stone drive, just past the cobblestone bridge, I was amazed by the size of the castle. I had heard a great many stories of it from my father, but this was the first time I had ever been here since he had portalled me out as an infant.
