50. The First Jump

Genevieve POV

I was pulled through the time, space & dimensions continuum until I finally landed into another body. When I opened my eyes I found myself laying on the floor with Nicollette staring down at me. I looked around me & saw many faces, some of which I recognized, others that I didn't. But I did know where I was. I was in a classroom at the academy, not one that I'd been in before though. I recognized the buildings I could see out the window.

I slowly sat up, only to acknowledge the fact that I had a protruding bump in my abdomen. A pup bump. I was pregnant. I giggled knowing that Ray was surely ecstatic about this pup.

"How old am I? What building are we in? How far along am I?" I fired the questions off at Nicollette as she helped me to my feet.

"You're 19, we are in the ranked lecture hall, & you're due on June 2nd. Also, the King will probably be popping in at any minute to check on you guys. You hit the floor pretty hard." She answered without mis
