Chapter 18 Who Said It Was Over?

Lucas York was elated, the items in the Super Treasure Chest extremely amazing.

A Level 5 Awakened One was still just an ordinary Awakened One, there was nothing more to say about that. However, what in the world was an Exclusive Zombie Skill?

Lucas looked up Earth-Shattering Fists and Wind, Rain, Thunder, and Lighting.

Earth-Shattering Fists: Grade D fist technique. After reaching Grade S, it will be upgraded to Sky-Splitting Fists.

Wind: Grade D magic. After reaching Grade S, it will be upgraded to Uprooting Gale.

Rain: Grade D magic. After reaching Grade S, it will be upgraded to Apocalyptic Flood.

Thunder: Grade D magic. After reaching Grade S, it will be upgraded to Roaring Skies.

Lightning: Grade D magic. After reaching Grade S, it will be upgraded to Thunderbolt.

Lucas thought this was certainly worth it. Even though the skills were only currently at Grade D, they could be upgraded.

After pondering for a while, he fused Earth-Shattering Fists into Biggy’s Body.

Then he fused Wind, Rain, Thunder, and Lightning into each of the Four Heavenly Kings’ respectively.

Now, each of the main zombies that he wanted to train had an Exclusive Skill. Lucas was very satisfied.

He observed the fight before him and realized that the fight between Scorpion Guardian and Ms. Maren was equally matched.

That said, even though Ms. Maren was a Rank 3 Evolved One with Grade S Gene, the Scorpion Guardian was most likely stronger than her.

Otherwise, the Scorpion Guardian, who was a Rank 3 Evolved One with Grade A Gene would never be able to defeat her.

Lucas wondered how long more they would fight, and if there was something he could gain from it.

“This Rank 1 female zombie….”

Lucas wondered if he should train a female zombie, but after a moment of thought, he decided not to do so.

Only because so far, he had not found a female zombie that was an equal counterpart.

After returning the zombies to the System Space, Lucas watched the fight nonchalantly.

Ms. Maren’s weapon was a purple sword, it looked like a high-ranking weapon, while the Scorpion Guardian’s weapon was a scorpion tail knife.

Light glinted off the blades as the weapons flashed around.

Lucas found a place to sit and crossed one leg over the other. He picked up a blade of grass casually, holding it in his mouth.

He did not help either of them, he was merely there to watch a fierce battle!

Lucas rubbed his chin, his expression looking somewhat bored. The sun would be setting soon, yet it was still not obvious who would emerge as the victor.

Suddenly, his eyes lit up. He saw both Ms. Maren and the Scorpion Guardian unleashing their ultimate move, it would be a one-hit knockout!

A purple phoenix burst forth from Ms. Maren’s purple sword. On the other hand, the Scorpion Guardian’s knife split open, and a huge flash of black light shot toward the purple phoenix.

“Boom!”

After the purple phoenix and the black light disappeared, Lucas surveyed the battlefield before him and realized that Ms. Maren had coughed up a mouthful of blood. She had some nasty wounds on her body as well.

“Hahaha, you may have Grade S Gene but you’ve just only stepped into the Rank 3 realm. Your strength is no match for mine.”

The Scorpion Guardian gloated loudly.

Ms. Maren pressed against her bleeding wounds. Sh e had been seriously injured.

“It’s over,” The Scorpion Guardian stated dryly.

“Who said it was over?” A voice spoke up without any hesitation.

“Who’s that?!” The Scorpion Guardian asked coldly.

Lucas walked forward slowly. He had not planned to intervene initially, but he wanted to help Ms. Maren, then perhaps she might give him something valuable.

With that thought in mind, he walked out.

The Scorpion Guardian and Ms. Maren were taken aback. They never thought that someone would appear.

“You…?”

The Scorpion Guardian narrowed his eyes at Lucas in speculation.
