Chapter 55: Last Test Before Soap
Rae’s POV
It’s been a week and Dr Willard has been here every day teaching me about the benefits of plants from this world. With his help I’ve even managed to figure out the saponification values of the oils I intend to use.
Currently Dr Willard and Nathan are both in the library with me.
Dr Willard with a sad expression “My Dear, you’ve picked everything up so fast that I have nothing left to teach you. Even your notes put me to shame.” Thumbing through the collection of notes I’ve been meticulously compiling over the last week. He let’s out a sigh, “It saddens me that I may no longer have an excuse to come visit you.”
Nathan is leaning over my shoulder looking at my notes “I still can’t understand a thing written there.” Before taking a seat next to me “I can’t wait until you make soap out of this. I wanna see how plants get turned into soap.”
