"I don't know Lionne." He was suggesting that I invite my father. He was a pro at causing a ruckus and I was so not ready for that.

"He is our father. He will be happy for you."

"Why don't we focus on the other parts then we shall think about that later."

"The guest list." I groan and hit my face with the notepad I was writing on.

"You have no friends?"

"None whatsoever."

I flip my hair. "Yeah. That's just how smart I am." I compose myself and focus on him. "But you'll come,right?"

"I won't be there during the ceremony but I'll be there afterwards."
