“Please lead the way,” I encourage the King. Without hesitation, he loosens the grip on my side only enough for me to be comfortable walking. I am thankful he has not let me go just quite yet. Something about his hands on my body brings a sense of familiarity and home to my aching soul.

Chapter 37 - Elnora POV“My name is Lawler” As the words leave his mouth, it feels as though it has lifted a thick veil within my mind. Chapter 38- Elnora POV My closet is nearly the size of Lawler’s bedroom. A small section of the front is filled with a variety of clothing in my size. Running my hand along the beautiful fabrics hanging before me, I smile, knowing that someone put in great effort to arrange such a wide variety for me. Everyone here seems so caring and helpful, even when in difficult times.I pull a pair of folded blue jeans from the shelf and slide them on. As I thought they would be, they are a perfect fit.
