"one of the guards came to report to me that he was hearing the noise of a scuffle in one of the sacred grounds. I got there to see the Vampire King already dead. I used the soul seeking spell to awaken his soul. He told me that he had been killed by his queen".

Phidius was shocked. "you mean to tell me that the queen killed him. How did she get so powerful?"
