Was it right? Was it right to give him a chance?

I don't know.

But, he's the only person who can keep my daughter safe from everything in this castle.

And, he's the one you can't stop loving either. My subconsciousness retorted, making me sigh.

I knew deep down that my feelings for him were still there, despite what he had done in the past. But I also knew that I couldn't let my emotions cloud my judgement when it came to my daughter's safety.
