Chapter 7.

Hayley was sure that her leg was broken.

And the pain that she felt was so immense that hr eyes were filled with tears but that was not enough to stop her.

She was going to escape from this hellish place and go and seek her revenge.

So she ran and ran in an unknown direction.

She can feel and hear the sound of other people coming after her.

She can't be caught.

She has to run faster and get away from this place as far as she can.

Once she reached near that gate, but once she reached near the gates, she saw that there were guards standing over there.

Hayley gritted her teeth, she knew that she was not match for them, so she ran to the other side.

She can sense the cold air coming from the west direction and judging from the area she had a hunch that Jayden's mansion was near the river.

So she ran in the direction from where the wind was blowing and once she came to the end, it was a cliff.

She went near the cliff and looked down, only to see the river down below.

It was nighttime and the moon shined over the surface of the water.

She gulped as she looked down at the calm but deep waters.

And just before she could do anything, she heard someone coming to her, "stop right there you bitch!"

Hayley sucked in a deep breath and turned around to see Jayden standing behind her, Jayden's eyes were red.

And he looked very, very angry, however he still raised his hand and said in a very calm and gentle voice, "come back here wolfy, and I swear we will talk."

Hayley, however, had lost all her trust and all of her faith in Jayden.

She knew that if she went with him; he was going to lock her up and do god knows what with her and she can't let that happen.

She had enemies that she had to kill and she can't let anyone come in her way.

So she took a step back and Jayden noticed that, he became extremely angry and clenched his fists before he yelled, "if you don't here in five second then I am going to make you regret it! You fucking bitch, come back here! right now! or else!"

However, Hayley only smirked.

Jayden's threats didn't scare her, fear was something that she had abandoned a long time ago.

She just took a step back and jumped in down from the cliff making everyone shocked.

Cold water hit her body, as Hayley felt herself drowning in the river.

She stared up at the sky and saw that bright and beautiful moon, shinning in the dark.

She felt so weak and lethargic right now that it was hard for her to even move her hands; she wasn't able to swim.

She tried to move her hands and her legs, but she wasn't able to get up.

She struggled for a while before her already tired body became more tired and refused to cooperate or move.

In the end, her eyes became heavy as well and she slowly closed them.

However, a voice at the back of her head said,  that she can't die, she can't yet not here and not like this.

So Hayley once again forced herself to open her eyes, and this time she saw someone else jumping in the water.

She saw a figure swimming towards her. Her hand was grabbed, and she was pulled forward towards the figure, a hand was wrapped around her waist as she was pulled closer to the figure and that was when she saw the face of Jayden.

For some reason, she knew that she was not going to die, so for the time being, she does not need to work hard to get out of the water.

Hence she allowed her head to all on Jayden's shoulder as she closed her eyes and finally lost consciousness.

Jayden finally came out of the water and saw the unconsciouses woman in his arms.

He felt scared for her, as he can hear her heartbeat and it was very low.

He bought her out of the water and then picked her up bridal style before he rushed back to his mansion.

He ran as fast as he can and once he came inside his mansion he yelled, "GO AND CALL AIYANNA OR DAWN TELL THEM TO COME TO MY ROOM IMMEDIATELY!"

He said and ran to his room.

He put Hayley down on the bed, he himself was wet with water and glared down at her.

"What the hell happened Jayden?" Dawn said as she came to the room and as soon as she came to the room, Jayden looked at her and when Dawn saw his face she became serious and looked at him as well as Hayley, "what the fuck did you do?"

She said as she rushed to Hayley and sat down beside her, "what the hell her condition is worse than before."

Aiyanna came over there as well and was shocked to see Hayley's condition worse than before.

"Can you do something?" Jayden spoke.

Dawn nodded, "of course I can still save her but I am afraid that her wolf will die at this point."

"What?!" Jayden exclaimed, for a werewolf, his wolf was their other part and if their wolf died then they are as good as half dead, they would be like human, weak and would not be able to turn into wolf ever again.

This was a punishment worse than death.

Aiyanna sighed and said, "only one thing can be most effective here."

She said as she and Dawn both looked at Jayden who clenched his fist.

Dawn said, "I know that you don't like to use that method and you hate it, but if you want to save her then you should use that method."

Jayden said nothing he just glared at Hayley with angry eyes,
