Karien’s Pov
“Do you have any idea what you are blabbering about? You want us to protect our enemy, the vampire’s enemy. Have you lost your mind?” the guy next to Brandon jumped in anger and shout.
His reaction was acceptable. Werewolves were the biggest enemies of Vampires. No clan would accept my proposal but I knew exactly what would make them agree.
I took out the blank check from my suit pocket and signed it. Placing the check on the table, I said, “ I know what I am doing. Now you guys decide what you wanna do. Fill the blank with your price or die. It’s your choice.”
Taking the gun I had brought before, pointed the target to their faces, “ This is a one-time opportunity in your life. You could be rich if you want but also die if you refuse. Take your time but not much. I hate who makes me wait longer.”

Chapter 65 Debra’s Pov “Teresa, Can I have noodles? I am hungry.” I said entering the kitchen where Teresa was busy cleaning. “Of course sweetheart. Do you want soup too?” she asked me packing up with her cleaning job and drawing her attention to me. I smiled and looked at her with a happy face, “You are my mind reader Teresa. I was craving soup too.” I hugged as I said and sat down on the chair waiting for my noodles and soup, my hands wrapped against each other and the mouse inside my stomach. “What about chicken soup, Debra?” Teresa asked again and my hearing sensation getting active as she mentioned chicken “I would love chicken. Go for it, mama.” I replied both of us chuckled with my sentence. She went busy making noodles for me and I stand to help her in cleaning which she left incomplete after I enter the kitchen.
