She called me earlier that they found something and that I should head to the station right now.

Since I didn't take my car to Max's place, I had to flag down a taxi to the station.

We soon arrived and I paid for the fare before coming out and dashing into the station.

"Good afternoon." I said to the officer I saw standing by detective Dave's desk, I'm guessing that's her partner.
