Sebastian sat down next to me and wrapped me in his arms. He put his nose in my neck, inhaling my scent to calm his tiger, “Love, I could never reject you. I was growling because of what happened to you. Carrie explained to me how severe your trauma was. You downplayed it for my benefit, didn’t you?” I nodded slightly as I looked down at the floor. He raised my chin with one finger and looked me in the eyes, “Don’t do that. I want to know everything about you. Nothing about you is minor to me. Everything is important. Okay?” I nodded, “Okay, but that is honestly the worst of me.
