48. Crumbled at the sight of fire

CHAPTER 48

AIDEN

"I never asked you to bring Ian over!" I yelled at Blake and he apologized. I requested the warriors and not my naive younger brother.

"He insisted despite every effort to stop him, I'm sorry." I turned to Ian and glared at him.

"You're leaving this pack now!" I bellowed at him but he shook his head in disapproval.

"Common, don't be like that. I'm not going anywhere." He said casually.

"You don't understand what's going on here Ian, it's dangerous." I gasped and he scoffed. Keeping his shoulders high, I know he wants to fight too. He's got it all to fight given his features and training he's been getting from the warriors, but to me, he's still my youngest, my only brother and I don't want a scratch on him or Ionna would be worried.

I care about the two so much to be careless about them.

"I know, the Hyde, monster, gar, whatever creature it's is you're trying so hard to kill. I want to help too, it's been so boring ever since you left.." I bit my lips hard and ruffled
